This neighborhood of 341 homes is found on the corner of 180th and the Bothell-Everett HWY just down the street from the newer Tambark Creek Elementary, Everett School District’s gorgeous and modern elementary school. Just up the highway is Mill Creek’s famous downtown area called the Town Center.
The neighborhood is known for it’s pond (May’s Pond) with adorable ducks and geese. They have a club house, park with a baseball field, basketball court, and a playground, and a seasonal outdoor pool. There are 6 1/2 acres of nature trails that wrap around the whole back park area.
