The Plan
1. Pre-Title Commitment. I will order (at my cost) a pre-title commitment to reduce your risk of any title problems at closing.
2. Staging. I will assist you with preparing your home for sale.
3. Pricing. I will assist you with pricing your home based on a competitive market analysis. This will help you set the best price on your home so that it will sell within your time frame.
4. RE/MAX Marketing System. I will enter your home into RE/MAX's marketing/information system. No company sells more real estate than RE/MAX.
5. Expanded Video Tour. Your home will be advertised on all the major social media platforms with a video tour highlighting the best attributes your home has to offer. Your home will be exposed to over 110,000 people who have a Facebook or Instagram account in Snohomish County.
6. RE/MAX Sign. I will place one of RE/MAX's unique signs. Our signage has a distinctive shape and color scheme that will help differentiate it visually in the marketplace.

7. Color Fliers and Permanent Flyer. I will have your home professionally photographed and a full color flyer prepared. The permanent flyer will be posted on the yard-arm.
8. Flyer Box. I will place a Flyer box on the sign. I will provide you with extra fliers to refill the box.
9. Lock Box. I will place a lock box on your property to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home
10. Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I will enter your home's information into the MLS, giving your home exposure to approximately 37,832 agents in 23 counties.
11. Internet. I will enter your home's information on RE/MAX.com as an advertised listing, providing visibility to your property on websites and all syndicated partner sites.
12. Home Search. I will set you up on our "Home Search" system so you will be automatically emailed any new listings that come on the market in your area. This is an automatic way for you to stay up to date on the competition.
13. Contact Realtors with Buyers. I will notify all the agents in our office who have buyers in your price range that your home has become available.
14. Reach out to Neighbors. I will reach out to your neighbors with a post card or door hanger letting them know your home is for sale. They might know someone who wants to move to the neighborhood!

Neighbors do a great job of advertising the house for you. They often know a friend or family member, who wants to move to the neighborhood.
15. Personal Contact. I will personally contact all agents who view your home to get their ideas on prospects for your home. In addition, I personally contact at least 50 people a week throughout the community.
16. Counter Display. I will prepare an information notebook containing most things a buyer will want to know - survey, school information, utilities, homeowner's association, pre-inspection information, contract, etc. This information will give buyers the confidence to write a contract.
17. Buyer/Realtor Survey. I will reach out to every agent that shows your home to get their feedback on the property, price, and buyer's reaction to the property.
18. Enhanced Showing Experience. I personally will create signs that point out your home's memorable features. Examples: Hard wood floors, over-sized garage, etc. People remember 30% of what they see; 50% of what they see and hear; 70% of what they say; and 90% of what they do and say. This will increase their odds of making your home more memorable after a long day of showings.
19. Open House. I will hold your house open. I will place a sign in front of your home promoting the open house.
20. Transaction Management. I will manage the details of your transaction to ensure that your contract closes on time - and you can move on time.
21. Weekly Contact. I will contact you weekly to give you an update on the marketing of your home and answer any questions you may have.
