During this meeting, we will talk about why your current home just isn’t working for you anymore. We want to understand where you’re at now and where you want to be in the future.

1. We meet to discuss your goals and answer your questions. We want to make sure you don’t miss anything.

2. By a process of elimination, we narrow it down to your favorites, and we’ll do a market analysis on them. We want to make sure you don’t pay too much.

3. We stay in frequent communication, so when we do get under contract, we have as little surprises as possible.

4. If you are also selling your current home (contact Nicole to get current value)- we work together to make the transition from buying to selling as seamless as possible.

Home Sellers Consultation

We get together and discuss more about why your current home is no longer a good fit for your lifestyle/family.

1. We will talk about why you’ve fallen out of love with your current home and why it no longer fits your needs.

2. We make a plan for your future home whether it’s in this area or out of state.

3. We will go over current market conditions, comparable sales, and a detailed marketing plan to sell your home for the best price. This is where we can talk about upgrades, changes, etc.

4. Once we find your home’s new owner and we have a contract signed, we will work with all parties to keep the process running smooth to help eliminate your stress until the home is sold.
