I’m a huge raw honey fan. If you’ve never heard of the benefits of raw honey, let me tell you:
1. A good source of antioxidants
2. Antibacterial and antifungal properties
Don’t think I’m weird, but I totally used honey as a diaper cream on my kids. Yeast rashes didn’t stand a chance!

I try to shop local whenever I can. SnohoBeeCo makes that super easy. They’re over on Maple in between the Aquatic Center and the library. The building is easy to miss though. My guess is you’ve probably driven past it before and never even noticed it was there.
Don’t let the outside fool you. This shop is adorable. Hex shelves line the walls displaying beeswax candles and every size imaginable of honey jars. (pssstt my favorite flavor is the blueberry honey)
They are super friendly and helpful. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about anything to do with bees (honey bees or mason bees), honey, candle making, etc., you should check out their classes.
