Mill Creek Community Association
MCCA includes 48 separate divisions of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments.
MCCA serves about 10,000 residents, nearly 1/3 of the city’s population. While all MCCA residents live within the City of Mill Creek, not all city residents live within the Association.
MCCA owns and maintains over 160 acres of common areas, including a large nature preserve, play areas, parks, green spaces, and an extensive trail system connecting these areas.
MCCA has a non-seasonal staff of 10-15 employees who handle all operational responsibilities. The organization is also overseen by a large number of volunteers who serve on the board of directors. and our various committees.
MCCA’s annual dues are paid by all households to support the operations and maintenance within our association boundaries. The fee is prorated for townhomes, condominiums, and apartment complexes who receive fewer direct services from MCCA.
