This small area in south Everett consists of single family residences, commercial property, and apartments. This is where the Interurban Trail begins/ends.

The 24-mile trail also goes through the communities of Shoreline, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, and Lynnwood. Forest Park: One of Everett's oldest and most beloved parks. Amenities include: barbeque, basketball court, field, horseshoes, meeting rooms, pickleball court, picnic shelter, playground, restrooms, street hockey, tennis court, trail access, trails, water playground.
